Ladies are you interested in joining the bowling team? Well good news! West Clermont’s very first bowling team will be having tryouts Friday, November 3rd. They will be from 3pm-5pm. No prior experience is needed! The bowling team needs ladies. If you are interested in getting some extra practice in before tryouts, they are holding conditioning on Sundays. Conditioning takes place at Cherry Grove Lanes from 9am-11am. It costs $8 to get in. So come on out and join The Wolves very first bowling team! Cross Country Senior Night
Cross Country season has came and gone along with the rest of the fall sports for this year. Majority of the cross country runners will come back for another season next year however, for the 6 seniors this is not the case. Last friday night at the football game, we celebrated the 6 runners along with seniors from football, cheer, band, and golf.

Mysterious Hole in Antarctica
For quite awhile now we’ve been hearing of the dangerous effects of global warming on areas with a colder climate. Specifically the effects on Antarctica, the continent mainly associated with the ice and cold. So it’s usually not a surprise when we hear of holes in the ice or glaciers melting. However this has done little to nothing to calm the nerves of scientists who discovered a mysterious hole some time ago. While it may seem obvious to us how this hole came to be, that might not be the case. Madagascar sadly experiences over 400 plagues each year, which are usually spread by infected fleas or bodily fluids. But, this unquenchable outbreak has been different from most, because of the pneumonic plague. This plague is air born, and when infected individual’s cough they can infect others. USA Soccer Team Does Not Qualify For World Cup For First Time In Three Decades.
For the first time in three decades, the men’s USA soccer team did not qualify for the 2018 World Cup this past week after a 2-1 loss to Trinidad and Tobago. The team only needed to defeat or tie in this game to qualify. All in all this is a pretty tragic loss for the team and really for the entire country, very upsetting for the players, the managers and especially the fans. A lot of people have possible reasons as to why the loss may have happened why it hurts so much and why it is such a tragic loss.
