Micheal Davenport is a street artist in Athens, Georgia. He spends his time drawing the college team’s mascot, a bulldog. He isn’t any normal artist however. Micheal lost both of his arms when he was thirteen years old. While trying to lasso a rope to swing on, he missed and hooked a power line. He was electrocuted due to the rope conducting the power from the line. Two years later he found a love for art. He uses his mouth and many different types of markers such as sharpies and paint markers to create his pieces. The head football coach of the college is his biggest supporter. He told Micheal never to stop. The coach has bought many of his drawings.
Unfortunately, not everyone is as considerate. While taking a break from his work Micheal was robbed of his joy. His canvases, materials and donation money were stolen. He wasn’t sure what to do other than break down and cry. He replaced his materials and despite being taken advantage of, he went back to the same spot where the crime was committed.

2020 has just begun and so much has already happened in the U.S. and it’s national relations. With the passing of President Trump’s impeachment for many crimes, the country has been on the edge of their seats. Especially with the conflict in the eastern hemisphere. The Iranian Military Leader, Soleimani was killed in a drone strike that was carried out by American troops. Soleimani was visiting Iraq due to Iran’s ties with them to help rebuild their government. A missile was shot at a vehicle he was riding in. Iran called for three days of mourning, no one is quite sure what is coming next. Some claim that the reason for all of this was for a diversion away from Trump’s impeachment, so he can stay in office. It was a war crime so this could make things worse for him. This strike never went through the rest of the government and was announced by Trump himself from his resort in Florida. There is already talk of drafts for the very possible war going through the public. Hit “2” to read more

In Ohio once Halloween is over winter weather officially starts. We always have our first snow before Thanksgiving. Cincinnati just had its first snow last week. The temperature is dropping and the layer of clothes is rising. I’m gonna show you just a few ways to stay warm and look cute at the same time.
Sweaters and turtle necks are probably the most simple things to wear when it’s cold out. They’re also the most versatile. You can put lays under it, like a flannel under a sweater showing the collar and cuffs. You can also put things over it like a simple jacket. They can go with any pants like leggings and jean. Sweaters can be a comfy outfit or a nice outfit depending on how you style it. However turtle necks always look nicer no matter how you put them.
Cardigans, much like sweaters are a very simple things to wear. You can easy put them over anything such as a tee shirt or a dress shirt. Cardigans can be an extra woolly layer to keep you warm or you can just wear a cute thin one to the looks.
Not so much as an outfit piece, but an accessory, scarves can and a lot to a look. Plaid scarves have become very popular, you can pair them with anything that matches. You can wear them with a plain long sleeve. They can be a nicer look when warm inside, making you look warm and cozy, but dressed up at the same time.
Speaking of plaid, patterned pants have also been a trend, bringing a blast from the past. Plaid or checked leggings and skinny jeans have blown up. You can also find pants with patterns such as stripes and checkered. These are a lot harder to match things to. Getting black and white patterned pants would make it the easiest, being able to go with any plain colored shirt. However colored pants can would with any plain shirt that matches the colors on the pants.
